At Deporwell, we respect this regulation, but that doesn't stop us from offering you a high-quality solution.

Our insoles are digitally configured based on your arch type, gait, and activity, and are manufactured in the same orthopaedic lab that produces insoles for clinics and podiatrists.

We use the same materials, the same processes, and the same technical standards, but we've adapted them to a non-medical setting—the difference is that they don't require a prescription or an in-person visit.

We guide you through a short interactive questionnaire. Based on your answers (arch type, discomfort, activity, etc.), our digital system selects the ideal combination for you.

And if you want to fine-tune your settings even further, you can add a scan from your phone* that detects your arch type and position, as well as the width of your foot.

The entire process is online.

Additionally, during the configurator, you'll have the help of Welly , our virtual assistant, who will be available at all times to answer any questions you may have or help you if something isn't clear.

At Deporwell, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes what you receive may not be exactly what you expected.

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your insoles to return them if they don't meet your expectations.

To start the return process, simply contact our customer service team via chat, who will be happy to guide you through each step.

It's important to note that, while we aim to make this process as easy as possible, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product delivered is defective or does not match what was ordered. In such cases, Deporwell will assume all costs associated with the return.

Yes. Although the insole is configured based on the type of shoe or primary activity you select (e.g., sports or everyday use), many people also use it in other pairs, as long as there is enough space and a removable insole.

Of course, to obtain the best fit and comfort, it is ideal to use it in the footwear for which it was configured.

If you wear very different shoes throughout the day, you may want to consider having more than one pair of shoes to avoid switching from one shoe to another.
