Both collections feature an innovative option that allows you to select insoles based on your specific requirements. When you choose either one, we will guide you through an interactive process where you answer key questions. These questions ensure that you receive the insoles that best fit your needs, enhancing your daily experience whether in sports, work, or everyday life.
Configurable Insoles - Not Custom-Made: At Deporwell, we have the technical ability and knowledge to produce 100% custom-made insoles. However, due to current health regulations, we are limited to offering configurable insoles rather than custom-made. Our focus is on adapting each insole as much as possible within these legal parameters, ensuring a product that closely meets your specific needs and comfort preferences. Although restrictions prevent us from offering fully custom-made insoles, we strive to provide a solution that meets your expectations and complies with legal guidelines.
The main difference between generic insoles, configurable insoles (like Deporwell's), and custom-made insoles lies in the level of adaptation to the user's specific needs.
Generic Insoles: These are dual-size products designed to fit a wide range of foot types and shoes, without considering the individual specifics of each person's foot anatomy. These insoles can offer a high degree of comfort and support, but they are not tailored to the user's specific needs, foot shape, or lifestyle.
Configurable Insoles (Deporwell): Deporwell's configurable insoles allow you to determine which key elements of the foot best suit the user's needs. While they are not designed based on the exact shape and biomechanics of your feet, they allow for a configuration based on various parameters such as the activity you perform, preferred color, and specific ailments you want to relieve. This approach enables users to select options that better align with their needs and lifestyle, offering better support and comfort than generic insoles, but not reaching the level of custom-made insoles.
Custom-Made Insoles: These insoles are manufactured after a detailed analysis of the user's feet, including specific shape, biomechanics, and any particular medical conditions. They are entirely unique to each person and require the intervention of healthcare professionals, such as podiatrists, for their design and manufacture.
We carefully select the materials for our insoles to suit different lifestyles and needs. For our Casual and Sport collections, we use EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) of various densities, recognized in the European podiatry sector for its comfort, lightness, and durability. This choice ensures effective cushioning and adaptive support, ideal for daily and sporting activities.
Typically, the insoles are delivered within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the order. This period may vary slightly depending on your location.
At Deporwell, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes what you receive may not be exactly what you expected. For this reason, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your insoles to return them if they do not meet your expectations. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team via chat, who will be happy to guide you through each step. It is important to note that while we strive to make this process as easy as possible, the logistical costs of the return will be borne by the customer unless the delivered product is defective or does not match the order. In such cases, Deporwell will cover all associated return costs. We strive to make your experience with Deporwell always positive, even if you decide that our insoles are not the right fit for you at this time. We are here to help you resolve any issues with the least possible impact on you.
