However, due to current health regulations, we are limited to offering customizable insoles rather than custom-made. Our focus is on adapting each insole as much as possible within these legal parameters, ensuring a product that closely meets your specific needs and comfort preferences. Although restrictions prevent us from offering fully custom-made insoles, we strive to provide a solution that meets your expectations and complies with legal guidelines.

For our Casual and Sport collections, we use EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) of various densities, recognized in the European podiatry sector for its comfort, lightness, and durability. Typically, the insoles are delivered within 5-7 business days from the receipt of the order. This period may vary slightly depending on your location.

You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your insoles to return them if they do not meet your expectations.
